More than just a yacht brokerage, we extend our services beyond the realm of the Sales Department to ensure that not only do our clients get the boat they want but they get the service they want. Through our Fractional Ownership program owners get a full 3 year Management Contract.

Why a 3 year management contract?

The new boats that we deal in are under factory warranty for 3 years. Having one entity be responsible for ensuring all aspects of routine maintenance are complied with and any warranty issues are dealt with in accordance with factory guidelines, using only accredited services, means that at the end of 3 years the boat is in as near new condition as possible. The structure of our management program provides all routine expenses and resources for the entire 3 years.

What does the 3 years include?

• Insurance
• Berthage - marina costs
• Annual maintenance
• Annual haulout and bottom anti fouling
• No chasing other owners for payments
• Basic provisioning
• 3 years hassle free boating

Step on, step off boating.

All you have to do is;

1. Bring your bedding, clothing and provisions
2. Go boating
3. Bring the boat back in the condition you found it
