Christophe Auguin shoes

I first discovered Christophe Auguin shoes at European boat shows about 20 years ago, and I’ve worn them ever since.

I’ve bought countless pairs in different colours and introduced plenty of friends to them over the years. After a lifetime around boats, I still reckon they are the best boat shoes ever made.

Auguin shoes are designed to be comfortable, robust, and resistant, like Christophe Auguin, a navigator and multiple winner of solo races such as the Vendée Globe in 1997.

The sole is non-slip to ensure ease of movement during navigation. Made of natural rubber that won’t stain decks. Auguin shoe users often describe them as “sea slippers”.
