A day immersed in maritime excellence
The Sanctuary Cove Boat Show proved to be an intriguing event this year, even though it was noticeable that many prominent brands opted not to attend. Despite this, Selene Yachts stood out with their impressive presence, showcasing a remarkable vessel. The Selene 66 Wide Body, a boat that captivates with its grandeur and functionality, was a highlight for many. Howard Chen, owner and designer, from the Selene yard was present, and it was a pleasure to catch up with him, exchanging insights and reconnecting amid the buzz of the event.
Later, I had the privilege of attending Ocean’s Magazine’s 20th birthday celebration. The event was a masterclass in elegance and appreciation, bringing together individuals who share a passion for the maritime world. The magazine’s team, under the guidance of their dedicated professionals, delivered a truly memorable experience. Their hard work and dedication were evident in every detail, and I extend my gratitude for the excellent event and the publication’s continued contributions to the industry.
Both occasions underscored the vibrancy and innovation within the boating community, leaving a lasting impression of camaraderie and forward-thinking design.
