Movember means something personal to me.

I’ve been through cancer myself, and I was fortunate that it was detected early. I’ve also watched a number of friends face their own health battles, which really brings home how important it is for men to look after themselves.

We’re not always very good at getting checked, so this year I’m supporting Movember and encouraging other men to do the same. Grow a Mo, have the conversation, and most importantly, look after your health.
