When brokering a deal off-shore one must be well-prepared. Whether we use one of our off-shore partners to assist, or whether we travel ourselves – preparation and timing is imperative. Sea trials, surveys, transportation, shipping travel, cradle manufacturing and documentation not only has to be completed, but must be completed in a fashion that does not court disaster.

Apart from the decision to choose which boat to buy, buying a new boat has fewer processes. Nonetheless the process still requires the need to secure shipping and ensure that importation requirements and system checks are completed in a timely fashion.
