Transition to Non-Fly Bridge Boats

We’ve been in the business for 28 years now, and we’ve noticed a significant shift towards non-fly bridge boats, or as we call them, Sedans or Coupes. This trend is a real game-changer in what our customers want and how they enjoy their boating lifestyle.

In ‘1998, we took a leap and got Jet Tern Marine to build a Selene 40 without a flybridge. This beauty, now known as the Selene 40 Kiwi Sedan, has been a hit here in New Zealand. The sleek design, better aerodynamics, and improved fuel efficiency tick all the boxes for today’s boaties.

Riding on the success of the Kiwi Sedan, we’re chatting with our trusted yard about building another Coupe model. We’re even dreaming bigger, with plans for a 50-foot coupe, aiming to offer something more luxurious and spacious for those who love the non-fly bridge style.

This move is all about staying innovative and keeping up with market trends. We reckon that embracing the non-fly bridge design will expand our range and keep us ahead in the competitive boating scene. I can’t wait to show off these new models and keep leading the way in top-notch quality and design.
