The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills in sales, marketing, client relations, and yachting industry knowledge, while working with a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Brokers in managing client portfolios and meeting sales targets
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting research on yacht specifications, market trends, and pricing
• Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and grow the business
• Participating in industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong initiative and a willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Sales-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results
• Basic knowledge of boats and yachting, with a desire to deepen this expertise

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in the yachting industry or a related field is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of yacht specifications, market trends, and pricing is highly beneficial
